Stevie Snake is a food critic, though “critic” might be generous. Truth is, he’s never met a meal he didn’t adore. From fine dining to half-eaten toast, every bite is “exceptional”. (His five-star system has been revised; now, everything’s a six.)

Armed with a tiny notebook and an even tinier fork, Stevie slides from one restaurant to the next, offering ecstatic reviews and overenthusiastic hugs. His only criticism for every meal? The fact it has to end!
