firstly, the pictures on the website DO NOT do the plush doll justice, it's gorgeous in person. also, the international shipping was INCREDIBLY fast and was thoughtfully packaged in a beautiful bag. if you're on the fence, i cannot recommend jellycat enough!

The bunny is lovely as Jellycat products always are... but really disappointed with the embroidery. I expected it to have been done in a better way but it is has been done through both layers of the ear so you have the reverse of the work clearly visible on the outside of the ear which is both ugly and scratchy.
