Obbie Octopus

Obbie the Octopus is no ordinary plush companion—he is a cephalopod of culture and charisma, a true treasure of the toy chest! From the moment he arrived, swathed in his sumptuously soft plum fur, I knew he was something special. His rich, damson hue is nothing short of mesmerizing, like the twilight sky just before it surrenders to the night. A creature of mystery and merriment, Obbie doesn’t simply exist—he demands attention in the most charming of ways. His cheeky expression is a masterpiece, a silent invitation to adventure. There is something delightfully knowing in his gaze, as though he has seen the wonders of the deep and has returned to share their secrets. His eyes, like two dollops of melted marshmallow, are imbued with a certain nautical wisdom—one can almost imagine him recounting tall tales of sunken ships and lost treasure if only he had the means to speak. And yet, Obbie does not need words to make himself known. His very presence is enough. Draped over a shelf, he lounges like a seasoned storyteller between acts. Yet, these are mere quibbles in the grand ocean of his magnificence. Obbie remains a steadfast and whimsical friend, an octopus of profound personality who brings joy simply by existing. Obie is almost 1 year old now and thriving. He is of Jamaican descent and has bravely swam all the way over to us. Obie often wears his reading glasses and has his morning coffee reading his newspaper in the mornings, being the intellectual he is. We love him, and can't imagine our bedframe without him.

I got obbie (renamed Hank after finding dory) a few months ago and couldn’t be happier with him!!!! He still looks brand new and his head is full of beans!

Obbie, renamed Ongo, was found alone, orphaned on a shelf in a local shop, forlorn, distressed and anxious. I rescued him and now he is happier than ever!
