Lampshades? Frill them. Bedcovers? Frill. Orson Horse’s vintage Mustang? One hand-stitched bonnet doily, firmly applied. Not everyone shares his enthusiasm – Bartholomew Bear wore his ‘frill capelet’ out of kindness, then pretended it was a picnic mat – but Davey remains undeterred.
