Blossom Tulip Pink Bunny is a self-taught baker with a soft spot for seasonal bakes – cherry blossom cupcakes in spring, pumpkin tarts come autumn, the classics! 

Up before the birds to check on her tarts and preheat the oven she believes the key to a perfect bake is precision. Her whisking arm is strong, her crumble topping legendary, and her secret ingredient? A pinch of patience. (She swears by it.) 

Bartholomew Bear insists her honey madeleines are “practically a hug”. Which is why she always tucks a few extras in her basket, just in case someone needs one.
