Tumbletuft Squirrel

I absolutely love squirrels, and love love plushies. I had heard about this brand before, and was like “i should check them out! looks like they have some cute stuff.” then i realized jellycat had squirrels and here i am! he came in about a week and a half. he’s just amazing! super soft, and cute, and i love his floppy limbs.

There are no words to genuinely describe how happy this little squirrel friend makes me feel. She actually makes me feel like I have my old childhood teddy back after all these years! I couldn’t believe how perfectly she matched the weight and that special “feel” that my own teddy had. The weighted beans, the soft, textured fur, those little ears, and her dangly feet are just what I’ve been missing after all these years. In fact, I love her so much, I ordered a second, just so I always have a backup. Now, excuse me… I’m off to sew a little set of clothes for my nutty chum. I’m thinking a chef’s hat and apron would be fun!

My son loves squirrels and I was so happy to find a squirrel toy! It’s the perfect size and very soft to snuggle. I would love it to come in grey too! We have great squirrels in our yard rather than red ones but he loves it nonetheless.
