Amuseables Egglantine is all about summer – but only from a safe distance. She adores the warmth… provided she’s safely under a parasol, smothered in SPF 50, and wearing a wide-brimmed hat that could double as a small tent. (Fried eggs, after all, have to be careful.)

She insists the shade is “the sophisticated choice” – more room for books, iced tea, and witty conversation. Plus, there’s less risk of having your spot stolen when you pop off for an ice cream.

So yes, Egglantine loves the sun. Just not directly. Toasted bread, yes. Toasted yolk, absolutely not!

    I got the Egg on toast jellycat for Christmas and it is by far Thebes Jellycat!!!It s soft and cute! Especially with its little fluffy slippers! Though it is much bigger than i thought it would be.
